I am a business owner, husband, dad, brother, son etc. who was almost burn out, and then I heard about TDC Virtual Assistants. These are ”helpers” who work from there offices or homes all over the nation as independent contractors. TDC have people with many different skills there to help you. They have bookkeepers, general personal asstants, writers, office managers, you name it they have it. It does not matter if you’re in medicine, insurance, real estate, a busy mom or dad, small business owner or a busy executive that needs an assistant, you know like the stars have? They got it, and they do it for you.


 
The problem with running a small business is this, you need to be or have an employee with these backgrounds at your daily disposal…. marketing, advertising (yes they are different, I found out), finance (for projections, and debt management), CPA, Legal, a writer, and most important and executive assistant, Corey is mine. These assistants have done everything for me from writing articles, to telemarketing, to ordering a broken watch band for me online!

I was skeptical at first but then hey that’s my M.O. Anywho, the thing was I asked them to help me with a small project and then I got a bill for 7 minutes. I was like what? True, they only charge for what time they use. I could not believe it, the help was really quick,through and awesome. Now I get reports every Monday like clockwork on my email or Google Docs (which they turned me onto as well) at 8am sharp. These are simple to do reports, but I CANNOT do it all man, I tell you. I had to learn to say “I give”, and release some control. Now Corey is doing personal things that free my time up to do more planning and the things that I am good at.
 
I took me a few weeks to wrap my mind around this whole concept once I did I was off to the races with it. Now my business is running smoother, I am not as fatigued, and I know there is competent help there for me.
 
So after getting billed for only chump change compared to the expertise and work load reduction they were doing, I began to trust their system. Now I have 7 assistants or professionals helping my business, and I tap into some pretty solid, well educated professionals. Check this out…

Nawaz created and manages my blog which has a excellent page rank of 4 in three months. He is a computer specialist and SEO guy.
 
Don, Don has a master’s degree in finance; he crunches numbers and does financial projections for me.
 
William has his bachelors in business and finance; he has become my business manager. Again on a “as needed” basis. Can you dig the “as needed basis” part? 
 
Ratnesh, well he is a graphics artist or something like that and handles making my email signature card, banners, business card and brochure designs etc. 
 
None of these professionals are in Vegas, they do it all online. The trick is to find the virtual assistants, teach them parts of your business, and its just like having a professional team in your office everyday like big business does. Then its just a matter of time until your financials are looking better, and you are not as burnt out as I was.
