Welcome to my blog,
my name is Bill Guerra and I am a real estate investor residing in Las Vegas. I am not a realtor so i do not list houses. We do have Realtors who do this for us or for you as the need arises. I worked as a registered nurse for about 10 years then finally decided to pursue my dream to become an investor. I spent the first year studying and researching what an investor does. What I finally decided was to purchase the right books and courses to excel my learning curve. Not unlike collage, I had to pay and learn before I could earn. Boy I am glad I did, I looked at a number of courses and read about their authors prior to buying anything. I found one or two good ones then I was off and running. In the past four years I have rehabbed, wholesaled, and partnered, about 153 houses. I have written a book on How to Talk with Sellers, to help new folks out to become a real estate investor, and talk with sellers, and what to do, and why. All very important.
